4th Peek: The TBS
After hearing the new Taking Back Sunday single, "Catholic Knees", I was all for pulling out an old favorite this week. I got this Taking Back Sunday shirt during my freshman year of college, when their debut album was all the rage, and I wanted to fit in. I'm not really ashamed to break it out these days, though, as the design always a head turner. TBS' new album will surely be a letdown as their last 3 has been....but this shirt has never let me down. Other than that one time.....
3rd Peek: The Sublime
"Summertime/And The livin's easy/and Bradley's on the microphone with Ras M.G./All the people in the dance will agree/That we are well qualified to represent the LBC"...
If you were born before 1980, or were just a fan of 90's burnout rock, those 4 bars might mean something to you. "Doin' Time" was the final song on Sublime's final (legit studio) album, and I purchased this shirt 10 years ago, and still own it to this day. I won't glorify Bradley Nowell any more than he already has been, but Sublime played a big, big part of my formative years, and this is a shirt I may never let go. Plus, I mean,1980 birth or not, if you can't at least get into the song (Doin' Time), then I don't know....Mr. Nowell was indeed well qualified to rep the L.B.C.

2nd Peek: The Willie & Co.
Hanif says: "I love Emmylou Harris. And I love Willie Nelson. So, when I found this vintage shirt from Nelson's first annual California picnic in 1980, I had to have it. I'm not a big Merle Haggard fan (sorry, sorry, sorry....)...but the fact that this shirt reps the underrated Lacy J. Dalton (Who else loves "16th Avenue"?? Anyone??) made it an easy purchase for me."
First Peek: The Lindsey Buckingham
From Hanif: "I have quite the music t-shirt collection. Sadly, these days, I'm wearing more ties and collars than musicians on my chest, but that hasn't stopped me from spending way too much money on t-shirts. This vintage Lindsey Buckingham shirt is my latest purchase. Anyone know how hard it is to find a Buckingham t-shirt? (It's actually hard to find a quality Fleetwood Mac shirt, which is confusing...) well, it's very hard. But, I found this gem over at Wolfgang's Vault, and after debating on the purcahse for about 23 seconds, it became the latest addition to my collection."
